Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and Nar Apps Oyun Yazilim Teknolojileri A.S. ("we") for the Simsty app and its game service. By using Simsty you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. A game of fiction
Every case in Simsty is invented. The people, messages, photos, companies and places on each in-game phone are fictional; any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental.
Simsty does not access, unlock or monitor any real phone, account or person. Do not use it, or anything you learn in it, to spy on, track or harass anyone.
2. Who can play
Simsty is for players aged 13 and older. Cases deal with mature themes such as infidelity, crime and fraud. You must be at least 13 years old to use Simsty. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
3. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Simsty on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. We and our licensors keep all rights in the app, the cases and their artwork.
4. Game accounts and your game wallet
The game service gives your phone an anonymous game account, keyed to a device ID, to check answers and record game events. It is deleted 180 days after you last use the app, and a new one is created when needed. You do not need to sign in. Your case progress and stars are saved on your phone.
Your lives, hints, unlocked cases and case packs are kept in a game wallet on our server, tied to this phone by its device ID. They never expire: we keep them until you use Profile → Delete my data, however long you stop playing. Reinstalling the app on the same phone brings them back. A new phone, or a phone that has been reset, starts a new game wallet. Case packs come back there with Restore purchases; to move lives and hints from your old phone, contact support, who can move a wallet only after you prove it is yours, for example with the order number from a store receipt. A wallet that holds nothing is deleted 400 days after you last use the app.
5. Free cases, lives, items and ads
- Each day you can start one new case for free. The day changes at midnight UTC (Coordinated Universal Time), the same moment everywhere in the world. A case you have started stays open.
- Other cases unlock when you watch 3 rewarded ads for that case, or with a case pack.
- Each run has 5 lives. A wrong answer costs one. When you run out you can watch an ad for 3 lives, use a life item, or wait 30 minutes for 3 free lives.
- Hint and life items are game features with no cash value. Life items can be bought in life packs (section 6); hint items cannot be bought. Neither can be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- Ads are provided by Google. A reward is given only when an ad finishes; an ad that fails to load, does not finish or is closed early gives none. Ads may not always be available.
- Using a life or a hint, unlocking a case and adding a purchase need an internet connection, because your game wallet is on our server. Without one, the app asks you to try again; nothing is lost.
- Your case progress is stored on your phone and, if you use them, in your own iCloud or Google backup. Lives, hints and unlocks are in your game wallet (section 4), not in those backups. Delete my data removes them for good.
6. Case packs and life packs
A case pack is a one-time purchase that unlocks the cases the app lists for that pack. Use Restore purchases in Profile to unlock your packs on a new phone or after reinstalling. We may update the cases in a pack, for example to fix errors.
A life pack is a consumable purchase that adds the number of life items shown in the app. We may change the pack sizes and prices offered; a change does not affect packs you already bought. Life items are added to your game wallet once the store and our purchase provider confirm the payment, which can take a little while. They never expire and stay in your wallet until you use them or use Delete my data. They are not restored by Restore purchases, and Delete my data removes unused ones for good; case packs come back with Restore purchases. If the store refunds a life pack, the lives it added are taken back, down to zero.
The price is shown in the app before you buy. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play, and that store's terms apply to payment, billing and refunds. Ask the store for a refund.
7. Fair play
You agree not to:
- send automated, scripted or bulk requests to the game service, or try to bypass its limits;
- extract answer keys, probe the answer checker, or submit text meant to manipulate it;
- manipulate rewards, ads, unlocks or purchases, or misuse refunds;
- reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app or its case content, except where the law allows it;
- use the app to break the law or to harm, harass or deceive anyone.
We may suspend access to the game service if you break these rules.
8. Cases and changes
Cases download from our catalogue. We may add, revise or withdraw cases and features, including to fix errors in a case. Downloading a case and checking answers need an internet connection, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. An automated answer check can be wrong; if the app asks you to write your answer another way, that attempt does not cost a life.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data the app, the game service and our analytics, measurement, ad and purchase providers use, and how to delete it.
10. Disclaimers
Simsty is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of data or game progress. Our total liability for all claims relating to Simsty is limited to the total amount you paid for purchases in Simsty during the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim. This does not limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
12. Ending these terms
You can stop using Simsty at any time: use Profile → Delete my data, then delete the app (see Delete your data in the Privacy Policy). We may stop offering the app or the game service, with reasonable notice where practical.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye (Turkey), without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring claims in its courts.
14. Apple and Google
If you downloaded Simsty from the App Store, Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If you downloaded it from Google Play, Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app.
